placed an order on 12/6 and have yet to receive it. I have also reached out to advise of this and have yet to hear back. I’m still waiting on my 2 sample packs or a refund

I couldn’t find my matcha so I quickly did a reorder and counted the days it would be delivered. I drink a cup almost daily either a little caramel on top. The absolute best!
The vanilla is the perfect touch and a pinch of sweetness to help the bitter green tea flavor. Good hot but great cold with ice and milk of choice.
I love the free gift because it gives me the opportunity to taste the varieties of flavors that I normally would not purchase. As a matter of fact I missed my free gift on my current order
What I love about the sample packs is the variety of delicious teas that ,even though they are quite delicious, I wouldn't purchase because I'm a coffee girl

I honestly believe the free gift should be different based on orders. Yes I love the little 4 pack but the gift should reflect the price point. Maybe even creating different size carrying cases for the packages
