In accordance with health and FDA code regulations, we are unable to accept the return of open/used perishable food items, including InstaBrew cubes. Food safety is of paramount importance to us, and these regulations are in place to ensure the health and well-being of our customers.

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund. (Please verify Eligibility)

Eligibility for a Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the items meet the following criteria:

  • The items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • They should be unused.
  • The box must include any original tags or labels.
  • The items should be in their original packaging.

Refund Exclusions:

Please note that the refund amount will NOT INCLUDE the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@instabrew.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return, if applicable

Damages and Issues:

We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
